Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Primary ECT Teacher ready to begin your teaching career in a supportive and welcoming environment?
We are looking for passionate Primary ECT Teachers to join a vibrant school community in Erdington, Birmingham, where your ideas, energy, and love for learning will be valued and encouraged.
This is an exciting opportunity for Primary ECT Teachers who are ready to start their first teaching post or gain valuable classroom experience. You will be supported by experienced mentors and a friendly leadership team who are committed to helping you develop your teaching practice.

We’re seeking Primary ECT Teachers who:
Hold or are working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
Bring creativity, energy, and dedication to the classroom
Have strong communication and organisation skills
Are eager to grow and develop through continuous professional learning
