A successful candidate for supply teaching should:
- Have a UK QTS or equivalent with recent experience at the primary school level
- Have the ability to adjust to different year groups .
- Have a knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Be able to deliver lessons and communicate effectively with all ages.
