Job Description

Zest Education is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire young learners, deliver engaging lessons, and contribute to the school’s inclusive and nurturing ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress to ensure achievement and development
  • Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil wellbeing
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and support pupils of varying abilities
  • A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
