Job Description

Are you a passionate, dedicated Qualified Teacher looking for a new full‑time role starting immediately? A welcoming and forward‑thinking school in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a committed Qualified Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is enthusiastic about delivering high‑quality lessons, building positive relationships with pupils and contributing to a supportive school community.

The school is looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity and consistency to the classroom. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils of varying abilities and working closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Whether your background is in EYFS, primary, secondary or SEND, the school is open to placing the right teacher where they will have the greatest impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering high‑quality lessons in line with the curriculum
  • Creating a positive, structured and engaging classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing and behaviour
  • Differentiating work to meet the needs of all learners
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to assessments
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • Upholding safeguarding and school policies at all times

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities
  • A proactive, flexible and positive approach
  • Commitment to full‑time, Monday–Friday work
  • Ability to start immediately

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
