Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
– Develop and implement effective strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
– Assess and track students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure effective communication and student support
– Maintain accurate records of students’ achievements, attendance, and behaviour

Requirements:
– Possess a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
– Proven experience as a primary classroom teacher, ideally with a minimum of two years’ experience
– Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and current teaching methods
– Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
– Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students
– Highly organized, with excellent time management and planning skills
