Throughout each day, you’ll lead lessons with clarity, energy and consistency. In addition, you’ll adapt your teaching to meet a range of learning needs, ensuring every pupil feels included and challenged. At the same time, you’ll work closely with colleagues, support staff and leadership to maintain a positive, well‑organised learning environment. Furthermore, you’ll use your QTS training to plan, assess and deliver lessons that meet curriculum expectations. Ultimately, your full‑time presence will make a direct and meaningful impact on pupils’ academic growth and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Strong classroom experience across primary or secondary
• A confident, proactive and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and behaviour‑management skills
• Full‑time availability, Monday–Friday
• Readiness to start immediately as a qualified teacher
