Qualified Teacher

What the Role Involves as a Qualified Teacher 

• Delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Creating a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities to make strong progress
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Contributing to planning, assessment and wider school life where required
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning

What We’re Looking For

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within primary settings
• A proactive, adaptable and supportive approach
• Strong communication and classroom‑management skills
• Availability for full‑time or part‑time work
