Job Description

A welcoming and well‑supported group of schools across Coventry are seeking a dedicated Qualified Teacher to join their team. As a result, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality teaching, ensuring pupils feel engaged, supported and motivated to achieve their best. In addition, the schools are looking for someone who brings strong classroom practice, consistency and a calm, confident approach. Furthermore, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and support staff to create a positive learning environment and maintain high standards across the curriculum. Ultimately, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to making a meaningful impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering engaging lessons across your specialist subject or key stage
  • Planning, preparing and assessing high‑quality learning
  • Supporting pupils of mixed abilities to make strong progress
  • Maintaining a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and wider school teams
  • Contributing to a supportive, forward‑thinking school environment

 

What We’re Looking For

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
  • A proactive, adaptable and professional approach
  • Confidence teaching across KS1–KS4 (depending on specialism)
  • Full‑time availability with an ASAP start
  • Interest in Qualified Teacher roles in Coventry
