Job Description

A welcoming primary school in Coventry now seeks a committed Qualified Primary Teacher for a full‑time September start. As you begin this role, you take full responsibility for planning engaging lessons each day. You guide pupils through clear, structured learning and help them build confidence and curiosity. Moreover, you work closely with the wider team and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Additionally, you adapt teaching to meet individual needs and support pupils with varied learning styles. Ultimately, you help every child feel motivated, supported and ready to succeed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan lessons that support progress across the primary curriculum
  • Create structure that helps pupils stay focused and confident
  • Assess learning and adjust teaching when needed
  • Promote behaviour that strengthens emotional development
  • Collaborate daily with staff, leaders and support teams

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status with strong primary experience
  • Clear classroom practice and confident behaviour management
  • SEND understanding to support diverse learning needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Full‑time availability from September
  • Interest in Coventry roles within primary education
