Are you an experienced teacher that has a passion for working in early years?

A primary school in Erdington have reached out to us and are looking to recruit a Reception Teacher to work 3 days each week. The role will require the right candidate to work from 8:30 until 15:30, Monday to Friday. The role will start in April 2024 and will continue  until the end of the academic year.

The busy four form entry primary school are committed to providing a caring and friendly environment where they aim to make all staff and pupils at the school feel both safe and welcome. The school provide a rich and balanced curriculum to ensure each child can develop a personalised vison for their future.

The school also support all teachers and support staff through continued professional development.

All candidates applying for this role must:

  • Have a strong understanding of the early year’s curriculum.
  • Hold a valid QTS.
  • Have a caring and patient nature.
  • Be eager to learn and have a positive attitude.
  • Be both adaptable and creative with the support that you give.

The pay for this role will range from £140- £212 dependent on references and experience.

The teacher who is appointed for this role will also have the support from an experienced learning support assistant, so you will have support with preparing resources and support with the teaching and learning in the class.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
