Reprographics

Job Description

We are recruiting for a dedicated person to work with a secondary school in North Birmingham in their reprographics department. This is a full time role, Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm, to start as soon as possible.

The main responsibilities of this role in the dedicated reprographics room with 3 large copiers include:

1. Operating the copiers to reproduce documents and images.
2. Handling large volume orders for laminating, cutting, and processing.
3. Ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of orders.
4. Maintaining and troubleshooting the copiers as needed.
5. Organizing and prioritizing work orders based on deadlines and requirements.

This position requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience with reprographics equipment and large volume processing would be beneficial for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
