Part-Time Resource Base Teaching Assistant (Level 3) – Longbridge

Zest Education is recruiting a Level 3 qualified (ideally) Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful two-form entry infant school in the Longbridge area. This role is based within the school’s resource base, supporting children with a range of additional needs.

You will be working two days per week (Thursday and Friday), beginning as soon as possible.

About the role

  • Part-time position: Thursdays and Fridays
  • Immediate start
  • Resource base setting supporting a maximum of 12 children with additional needs
  • Working as part of a strong and supportive team including two other TAs and the class teacher

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a candidate who is:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualified (or working towards, with strong experience)
  • Experienced in supporting children with additional needs within a school environment – essential
  • Calm, patient, and compassionate
  • Able to work as part of a collaborative, dedicated team
  • Confident in adapting activities to meet individual needs
  • Passionate about helping young children thrive
