School Administrator

Job Description

Position: School Administrator
Location: Solihull
Working hours: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday (flexible for part-time hours)

We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our Primary School in Solihull starting in February 2025. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school environment, although we are open to considering individuals with administrative experience from other sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
– Managing school databases and student records
– Handling school correspondence and communications
– Supporting teachers and staff with administrative tasks
– Assisting with school events and activities
– Ensuring the smooth running of the school office

Qualifications and Skills:
– Previous experience in school administration is preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
