Zest Education is seeking outstanding School Administrators with previous experience working within schools in the Birmingham Area. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including receptionist duties, back-office administration, and potentially some financial tasks.
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a school environment is essential
– Proficiency in school systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or BROMCOM is preferred
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
– Ambitious individuals keen to develop their existing skills
Responsibilities:
– Managing school administrative tasks efficiently
– Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and parents
– Maintaining accurate records and data entry
– Assisting with financial transactions and record-keeping
– Supporting various school departments as needed

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
