Science Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Teacher of Science to join a secondary school in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to teach key stage 3 and key stage 4 students within a supportive and successful Multi-Academy Trust.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging and interactive science lessons to inspire and educate students
– Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning
– Establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
– Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience teaching science at key stage 3 and key stage 4
– Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive learning environment
