Teachers and support staff work together to create a positive, engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their best. The leadership team promotes teamwork, wellbeing, and professional growth, ensuring staff feel supported and appreciated.

The Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with additional learning needs both inside and outside the classroom. You’ll help deliver engaging lessons, adapt resources to suit individual needs, and build strong, trusting relationships with the children you support. • Collaborate with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to support pupil progress.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) – preferred.

  • Has experience working with children, ideally in a primary or SEN setting.

  • Brings patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to every task.

  • Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team.

  • Takes initiative and adapts easily to new challenges.

  • Ongoing support and advice from our friendly, experienced consultants.

  • Access to local roles across Burton and the surrounding areas.
