Are you a motivated teaching assistant who has experience working with children with additional needs? If so, listen up! We need you!
Zest is looking for a reliable and hard-working SEND teaching assistant to work in a large, successful school in the Hodge Hill area. The role will involve working across year 1 and year 2 working small groups of children with the class who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and global delay.
This role will begin in October 2023 and will continue until the end of the academic year for the suited candidate.
The team of excellent staff within the school put the children at the heart of everything they do and provide them with a stimulating environment for children to thrive, including a spacious outdoor area and different rooms to help with development. The staff at the school are also supported through continued professional development to continually improve their teaching skills.
You will also have access to secure onsite parking if choosing to travel via your own vehicle. Alternatively there are many public transport links for those using public transport.
To be successful in this role you must:

- Have the ability to work and communicate with pupils who have additional needs.
The pay for this role will start from £70 a day.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
