Zest Education is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join one of our schools in Tamworth. Previous experience working in a school setting is essential, with knowledge of school systems such as SIMS, Arbour, and School Comms preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Managing school correspondence and communications.
2. Organising student records and data using school systems.
3. Assisting with student admissions and enrollment processes.
4. Handling financial transactions and budget management.
5. Providing administrative support to teachers, staff, and parents.
6. Managing school schedules and appointments.
7. Overseeing school events and activities.
8. Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
9. Collaborating with other school administrators and leadership.
**Requirements:**
1. Right to work in the UK.
2. Enhanced Child Barred List DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application..
4. Previous experience working in a school environment.
5. Familiarity with school systems such as SIMS, Arbour, and School Comms.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
