Senior Administrators

Are you an experienced school administrator looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Zest Education is currently recruiting for school administrators across our schools in Dudley. If you have prior experience in school administration, including receptionist duties, back-office admin, and possibly finance responsibilities, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

– Previous experience working in a school setting
– Familiarity with school systems such as SIMS, Arbor, School Comms, etc.

Responsibilities:

– Managing the school office, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries
– Maintaining student records and ensuring data accuracy in school systems
– Supporting teachers and staff with administrative tasks
– Assisting with financial processing and budget management
– Coordinating school events and activities
– Liaising with parents/guardians regarding student attendance and welfare
– Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures
