Site Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join our team at a Secondary School in Chelmsley Wood. As the Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school by overseeing its maintenance and facilities.

Key responsibilities will include opening and closing the school premises, conducting general maintenance tasks to upkeep the school environment, and effectively managing the caretaking staff. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and functional school environment for both students and staff.

This part-time position requires 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong background in site management, we invite you to apply for this position. The selected candidate will commence their duties in January 2025.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
