Contract: Full-time
Pay: £100 – £130 per day (negotiable)

Zest Education is seeking a dedicated Specialist Teacher / HLTA to join a vibrant secondary setting in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about improving literacy outcomes and supporting language learning.

✨ The Role

• Deliver targeted reading intervention groups to secondary students, helping struggling readers build confidence and skills.
• Lead reading classes across KS3 and KS4.
• Provide cover for a small number of KS3 Spanish lessons, supporting students with their language development.

👤 The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced HLTA or specialist teacher with a strong background in literacy support.
• Confident in running small group interventions and whole-class reading sessions.
• Some knowledge of Spanish teaching at KS3 level is desirable.
