Supply Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education is currently seeking talented Across School Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools in Staffordshire.

Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and effective lessons across multiple schools within the Cannock and surrounding areas.
– Adapt quickly to different teaching environments, ensuring consistency and a high standard of education.
– Collaborate with school staff to understand classroom dynamics and tailor lessons to meet the needs of individual students.
– Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, fostering student growth and development.
– Provide feedback to schools regarding lesson delivery, student progress, and any additional support required.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
– Experience working as a secondary school teacher.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong classroom management abilities.
– The ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments.
– A flexible schedule, allowing for availability to work on selected days.
