✅The Role – Supply Teaching Assistant

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, no two days are the same. You’ll work in a variety of primary school settings, supporting teachers and helping pupils thrive both academically and socially.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the class teacher with engaging learning activities
  • Working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils
  • Helping children stay focused, motivated, and confident in lessons
  • Assisting with classroom behaviour management
  • Providing pastoral support and encouraging positive relationships
