Are you a passionate teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time teacher to join a special educational needs school located in Stoke-on-Trent. This exciting opportunity is available from September 2024 and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.

The school caters for students from the age of 3-18 with Autism (ASC) and associated needs. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in teaching these students, delivering an engaging and inspiring curriculum that promotes a love for learning. Your ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment will be key in ensuring the academic growth and personal development of each child.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a Qualified Teacher Status (valid UK QTS) and have experience supporting individuals with special educational needs. Your understanding of the unique challenges faced by these students will allow you to provide the necessary guidance and support to help them thrive.

As a teacher at the school, you will have access to a supportive team of educators who share your passion for special education. You will also have the opportunity to attend professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills in teaching students with special educational needs.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
