Zest Education are currently seeking an experienced French speaking Teacher to join a secondary school in the Bromsgrove area. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to contribute to the development of students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This is a full time role due to commence in April 2025 and will run for a minimum of one term.
– Plan and deliver engaging French lessons to students in line with the national curriculum
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and development
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance
– Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of a consistent and cohesive curriculum
– Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Proven experience teaching French to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
– Excellent knowledge of the French language and culture
– Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students
– Good understanding of the national curriculum and assessment processes
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
The school is part of a Multi-Academy Trust and is located in the Bromsgrove area of Worcestershire. Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
