Zest Education are currently seeking an experienced French speaking Teacher to join a secondary school in the Dudley area. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to contribute to the development of students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This is a full time role due to commence in September 2024 and will run for a minimum of one term.

Responsibilities:

– Plan and deliver engaging French lessons to students in line with the national curriculum
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and development
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance
– Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of a consistent and cohesive curriculum
– Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Proven experience teaching French to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
– Excellent knowledge of the French language and culture
– Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students
– Good understanding of the national curriculum and assessment processes
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
