Zest Education are looking for a Teacher of Information Technology to start in September 2024 at a secondary school in the Reddicth area. This school is committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment for KS3 and KS4 students. The vibrant and ambitious atmosphere will provide you with ample opportunities to inspire and empower young minds through innovative teaching methods and engaging curriculum. You must have excellent knowledge on the subject and commit to the ongoing development and will have access to the necessary equipment to facilitate your lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles, fostering student motivation and success in IT.
– Implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress and provide timely feedback for improvement.
– Stay abreast of advancements in the IT field to ensure a relevant and comprehensive curriculum.
– Utilise strong behaviour management skills to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, building meaningful relationships with students and colleagues.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
