Teacher of Physics

Job Description

Zest Education are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher of Physics to join a secondary school in the Stourbridge area. This is a full-time role that requires planning and marking, and the successful candidate will be required to teach students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The role is due to commence in September 2024 and will run for a minimum of one term.

Key responsibilities:

– Planning and delivering high-quality Physics lessons
– Marking and assessing students’ work
– Tracking students’ progress and providing feedback
– Supporting students with their academic and personal development
– Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status in Physics or a related subject
– Experience teaching Physics across KS3 and KS4
– Strong subject knowledge in Physics
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to inspire and motivate students
