Zest Education are seeking a Spanish speaking teacher to join an outstanding secondary school in the Stourbridge area. The school has a strong reputation for academic excellence and provides a supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and students. The successful candidate will join a dedicated and passionate team of educators who are committed to providing a high standard of education for their students. This is a full-time role where planning and marking will be required. The role is due to commence as soon as possible and will run until the end of the academic year.

Responsibilities:

– Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons to secondary school students
– Utilise a variety of resources and materials to engage students and enhance understanding
– Create lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students
– Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects
– Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and growth
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
– Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Spanish
– Experience teaching Spanish at secondary level
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn and achieve their full potential
– Organisational skills to effectively plan and manage workload
– High standards of professionalism and commitment to excellence in teaching
