Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Full Time (Bromsgrove Area)

Start date: ASAP

Zest Education are proud to be working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Bromsgrove area, who are seeking a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners across KS1, with the flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of the school day.


About the Role

This is a full-time Teaching Assistant position with an immediate start. The role offers variety and genuine scope to make a positive impact.
Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting general classroom teaching across Key Stage 1
  • Providing 1:1 behavioural support for pupils who require tailored guidance
  • Working closely with the wider KS1 team to deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Helping to create an inclusive, engaging and supportive learning environment

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and qualified TA who enjoys both teamwork and independent support work.


What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working within a primary school setting
  • A flexible, proactive and positive attitude
  • A commitment to supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
  • Access to their own transport, due to the school’s more rural location
