Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) – Primary School in Dudley

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to:

  • Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality lessons
  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
  • Assist with classroom preparation, resources, and displays
  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and school policies at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
