Teaching Assistant – Full Time – Primary School in Solihull (Start April 2026)

Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning and looking for a rewarding full‑time role in education? Our partner primary school in the heart of Solihull is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their friendly, inclusive team from April 2026.

This is a full‑time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact while enjoying a balanced work routine.

🎓 Your Role as a Teaching Assistant

  • Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils across the school.
  • Assist with learning activities, offering guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
  • Help create a positive, engaging classroom environment.
  • Support behaviour management and general classroom organisation.

Work closely with teachers to ensure every child receives the support they need.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above (essential).
  • A valid enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
  • A basic understanding of the national curriculum.
  • A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
