⭐ About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional or special educational needs
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and a love of learning

👤 About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience working with children (school‑based experience is a bonus)
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young learners
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
