Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role in a supportive primary school? Zest Education is working with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Rednal to recruit a committed TA to support learning across KS1 and KS2.

✅ What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who:

  • Holds a relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Has experience supporting pupils in primary settings (KS1 & KS2)
  • Demonstrates strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Is proactive, flexible, and works well as part of a team
  • Is committed to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
  • Someone who is confident to support children with additional needs

🏫 The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  • Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 support
  • Assist the class teacher with planning support and classroom organisation
  • Help create a positive, engaging learning environment
  • Adapt to different year groups and classroom needs

📍 Role Details

  • Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Rednal, Birmingham
  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Contract: Full-time, long-term (full academic year)
  • Hours: 8:25am – 3:45pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
  • Pay: £93.50 – £97.70 per day (dependent on qualifications and experience)
