Job Description

A vibrant mainstream primary school in Rugby is now looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team full‑time from September. • Assisting with daily routines and classroom organisation
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Helping pupils access learning through clear guidance and structured tasks

  • Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
  • A proactive, enthusiastic and reliable approach
