Zest Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a wonderful Church of England infant school in Harborne. We are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position.
This welcoming and nurturing school sits at the heart of a close-knit local community, with strong values and a caring ethos that make it a fantastic place to work. The school benefits from excellent transport links from Birmingham city centre, making it easily accessible for candidates travelling from across the area.
This rewarding position involves supporting up to four non-verbal children within the EYFS setting, helping them access learning, develop communication skills, and thrive both academically and socially. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring each child receives the personalised support they need throughout the school day.
As part of the role, personal care responsibilities will be required, so applicants must be comfortable providing this support in a professional, compassionate, and dignified manner.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
