Part-Time EYFS Teaching Assistant – Rednal | Fridays Only | Immediate Start

Are you a passionate and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding part-time role in a welcoming infant school?

Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an excellent infant school in Rednal for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team every Friday on an ongoing basis, with an immediate start available.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and child-centred school environment where teamwork, care, and high-quality early years provision are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role:

  • Part-time EYFS Teaching Assistant
  • Every Friday
  • Immediate start
  • Ongoing position
  • Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Assisting with learning, play-based activities, and daily routines
  • Providing personal care where required
  • Working closely with class teachers and support staff to ensure every child thrives

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 NVQ qualification (essential)
  • Has Paediatric First Aid (PFA) training (essential)
  • Previous EYFS experience
  • Comfortable providing personal care
  • Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Committed to supporting children’s development and wellbeing

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
