Are you a confident and resilient Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, emotional dysregulation or additional needs?
Zest Education is recruiting for a dedicated full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a school in the Bournville area of Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA who is passionate about providing individual support and helping a pupil to engage positively with school life.
Working on a 1:1 basis, you will support a pupil with high behavioural needs and emotional dysregulation. The successful candidate will need to be calm, consistent and confident when responding to challenging situations.
You will work closely with teaching staff and the wider school team to provide structured support, promote positive behaviour and help the pupil access learning successfully.

Pay is £95 – £100 per day, depending on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
