We’re recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Teaching assistant to work on a part time contract from Easter 2022 until the end of the summer term, the role will be permanent from September 2022 working 4 days per week (Tuesday – Friday).
The position will be working on a 1-1 basis with a child in the Year 3 class who requires additional support to focus on a full-time basis. You will need to be supportive, approachable and have a positive work ethic.
The school itself is a large and busy primary school in Castle Bromwich which has a growing reputation within the local community. The school is overseen by a longstanding Head Teacher who is looking for committed and proactive staff to join their team.
The ideal candidate will need to be NVQ level 2 qualified or above (in a relevant subject) and will ideally have some experience or training within phonics. This is preferred but is not essential.
