We’re recruiting for an enthusiastic, bright, and hard-working teaching assistant to work on a short-term basis at a busy primary school on the outskirts of Hodge hill.  The role is to start in December 2023 and will continue for 2 months. The successful candidate will be required to work 4 days each week. The school also have the ability to be flexible with working days.

The school is an inclusive primary school which encourages all pupils to fulfil their full potential. The school aim to provide a friendly and safe atmosphere where children can be happy and successful. The school have great relationships with multiple schools in the local area, working closely together to ensure a cohesive approach.

The school are looking for an individual who is flexible and is able to work efficiently across early years and key stage 1. You must be able to contribute towards the behaviour management of pupils ensuring pupils remain on task. You will also be required to work alongside the class teacher and other support staff to prepare and maintain the right learning environment.

The pay for this role will range from £75 to £85 a day depending on references and experience.

All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years.
