As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the school’s teaching staff and ensuring the overall well-being and progress of the students. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and delivery of lessons, providing one-on-one support to students who need additional help, and helping to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. The role will be working across early years and KS1.
The school is seeking a candidate who is available to start in February 2024. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours, the school is flexible and willing to accommodate the right candidate. Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role is preferred but not essential
– A genuine passion for education and a desire to support students in their learning journey
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– The ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
The pay for this role will start from £75.
