Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and create a positive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with lesson delivery across all year groups from Year 1 to Year 6
• Supporting small groups of pupils, including children with SEND, to help them access the curriculum
• Providing 1:1 support where required to ensure every child feels confident and included
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers
• Helping to prepare classroom materials and maintain an organised learning space

Qualifications and experience required:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desired but not essential)
