Are you passionate about supporting young people in education? Looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools in the Twickenham area.
🔹 About the Role:
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Various secondary schools in and around Twickenham
Flexibility: Choose the days you want to work – full-time or part-time
Start: Immediate and ongoing opportunities available
You may work in different schools from week to week, giving you the chance to gain varied experience. However, if you find a great fit and build strong relationships with a particular school, there are opportunities for consistent, regular work, and even potential long-term placements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Support students in class, including those with additional learning needs
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Provide one-to-one or small group support when needed
🔹 We’re Looking For:
A positive, reliable and adaptable individual
Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
A passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting learners
A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
