What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 20 days’ recent experience supporting students in Key Stages 3 to 5

  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people

  • An NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Education or a related field

  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Ability to deliver 1:1 support tailored to individual student needs

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt and support lesson delivery

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
