A minimum of 20 days’ recent experience supporting students in Key Stages 3 to 5
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
An NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Education or a related field
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to deliver 1:1 support tailored to individual student needs
Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt and support lesson delivery
