Zest Education is seeking a dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a great school in Cannock. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive environment, working alongside a fantastic team in an easily accessible location by car or public transport. This role is set to start during March for the remainder of the half term, with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
– Supporting the class teacher
– Assisting pupils in their learning
– Working 1:1 with students
– Leading small group activities
– Preparing displays
– Assisting with administrative tasks
– Contributing to a welcoming school environment
Requirements:
– Level 3 qualification (preferred but not required)
– Previous experience as a teaching assistant
– Flexibility and supportiveness
– Desire for every pupil to succeed
– Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
