Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Rugby
Hours: Part-time, Monday to Wednesday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Job type: Temporary, Immediate start – end of the school year. Potential to go long term contract for the right candidate

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a special needs school in Rugby. This role entails providing day-to-day support to children aged 6 – 18 with diverse special needs requirements, including ADHD, Autism, and Mobility Limitations.

Requirements:
– Prior experience in personal care, healthcare, or a support environment
– Minimum of 20 days working with vulnerable adults or children
– Qualified Teacher Status (desirable but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:
– Tailoring support to meet the individual needs of students
– Assisting with personal care and mobility
– Creating an inclusive and supportive environment for learning and development
