Our esteemed prep school in Camden is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to support students in their academic journey.
Starting in April 2025, this temporary position has the potential to evolve into a permanent role for the right candidate who demonstrates commitment and excellence in their work. Key Responsibilities:
– Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
– Provide one-on-one support to students with varying learning needs
– Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Support classroom management and organization
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
Requirements:
– Relevant experience in an educational setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well within a team
– Patience and empathy towards students
– Willingness to contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
