Zest Education is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a school on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent. In this role, you will be working closely with the teacher to support students in their learning and development.
Responsibilities:
– Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and activities
– Support students in understanding and completing tasks
– Provide general supervision around the school premises
– Assist in designing and preparing learning materials
– Implement general behavioural management strategies
Ideal Candidate:
– Possess a positive and upbeat attitude
– Genuine desire to work closely with children and support their development
– Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and students
The position is a long term, full time position working 5 days a week.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
