Zest Education is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Swadlincote. This position will start after the May half term and continue for the duration of the term. The school is conveniently located and easily accessible by both car and public transport, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Supporting the class teacher in daily activities
– Leading learning sessions with small groups of students
– Providing 1:1 support to pupils as needed
– Maintaining an engaging and positive learning environment
**Requirements:**
– Level 3 qualification in education (preferred)
– Experience in a primary school or nursery setting (required)
– Familiarity with the national curriculum and safeguarding procedures

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
