Full-Time Teaching Assistant – Year 4 Role in Moseley, Birmingham

Are you a qualified NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? About the Role

You will be an integral part of a Year 4 classroom, supporting the class teacher and pupils to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing resources and assisting with lesson planning.
  • Working with small groups to boost learning and confidence.
  • Collaborating closely with the class teacher and wider school team.

This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic educational setting and is ready to make a positive impact on pupils’ learning journey.

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification (or above) in a relevant childcare or education field.
  • Previous experience supporting KS2 classes.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and support children from diverse backgrounds, including those with EAL.
