Teaching Assistant

Job Description

Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the South Stafford area. Working directly with teachers and students in both KS1 and KS2, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment and ensuring the successful day-to-day running of the classroom.

Responsibilities:
– Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities
– Provide general supervision and assistance to students
– Create engaging displays to enhance the learning environment
– Foster inclusivity and diversity within the classroom
– Encourage students to aim high and reach their full potential

Requirements:
– Relevant experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– A passion for supporting the learning and development of young students
